Kelton House Museum and Garden Monthly Work and Learn

The Kelton House invites you to our monthly work and learn garden event, every third Tuesday of the month.

Tuesday, May 20th: Kelton House 10:30am – 12:30pm

The first hour we will do some light weeding, trimming and amending of beds, followed by a tea and brown bag lunch in the carriage house.

A presentation about the birds of the Kelton House will be presented during lunch. Cody Pham, an urban bird and PhD candidate at the University of California, Davis, will talk about how to identify common birds in Columbus along with some basics about maintaining a beneficial relationship with the birds in our gardens.  After, he will lead a guided bird tour through the garden.   Binoculars will be provided  for those who want to see our feathered friends up close.

The Kelton House is located at 586 E. Town Street, Columbus, OH 43215. Parking is available on the street or a block away at 616 Franklin Avenue. https://www.google.com/maps/dir//39.9621693,-82.9838337/@39.961635,-82.984279,17z?hl=en-US
